FILTER MESSAGE

Use the ▲/▼ button to set the timer which noties users when it is

time to replace the lter unit:

After choosing the desired hours parameter (excluding OFF), the

message “REMINDER *** HRS PASSED ....” will appear after the

timer reaches the interval time set by this feature (



89).

When OFF is chosen, the message will not appear. Use this feature to

select an appropriate time parameter for your projector environment

and to keep your lter clean.

• Monitor and clean the lter unit periodically, even if there is no

message. If the air lter becomes blocked by dust or other matter,

the internal temperature will rise, which can cause the projector to

malfunction and reduce the projector's lifetime.

• Take good care of the projector's operating environment and the

lter unit.

KEY LOCK

Use the ▲/▼ buttons to highlight the item you want to adjust.

ENABLE

DISABLE

• This feature can be used to prevent tampering or accidental

operation.

COMMUNICATION

Selecting this item displays the COMMUNICATION

menu.

In this menu, you can congure the projector's serial

communication settings using the CONTROL port.

• Highlight an item using the cursor buttons ▲/▼.

Then press the ► button to open the submenu for

the item you selected. Or, press the ◄ button to go

to the previous menu without changing the setup.

Each submenu can be operated as described above.

• When COMMUNICATION TYPE (



54) is set to

OFF, all the other items in the COMMUNICATION

menu are invalid.
