If the projector's vertical angle or CEILING/REAR settings

change and this feature is set ON, the projector will not

display an input signal. In addition, if the projector is

powered off and moved, the TRANSITION DETECTOR

ON alarm will display.

• To display an input signal again, set this feature OFF.

• After displaying the TRANSITION DETECTOR ON alarm for about 5 minutes,

the lamp will turn off.

• The keystone adjustment feature will be disabled when the Transition Detector

feature is on.

1 Turning on the TRANSITION DETECTOR

1-1 Use the ▲/▼ buttons on the SECURITY menu to

select TRANSITION DETECTOR and press the ►

or the SELECT button to display the TRANSITION

DETECTOR on and off menu.

Use the ▲/▼ buttons on the TRANSITION

DETECTOR on and off menu to select ON.

Select ON and the current angle and CEILING

and REAR settings will be recorded. The ENTER

NEW PASSWORD box (small) will display.

Use the ▲/▼/◄/► buttons to enter a

password. Move the cursor to the right side

of the ENTER NEW PASSWORD box (small)

and press the ► button to display the NEW

PASSWORD AGAIN box, re-enter the same

password.

1-4 Move the cursor to the right side of the

NEW PASSWORD AGAIN box and press

the ► button to display the NOTE NEW

PASSWORD box for about 30 seconds.

Write the password down at this time.

Pressing the SELECT button on the remote control or the

►

button on the

projector will return to the TRANSITION DETECTOR on and off menu.

• Please do not forget your TRANSITION DETECTOR password.

• This feature will only activate when the projector has been hard-powered off

and on.

• This feature may not function properly if the projector is not in a stable position

when ON is selected.

2 Turning off the TRANSITION DETECTOR

Follow the procedure in 1-1 to display the TRANSITION DETECTOR on and off

menu.

Select OFF to display the SELECT PASSWORD

box (large). Enter the saved password and

the screen will return to the TRANSITION

DETECTOR on and off menu.

If an incorrect password is input, the menu will close.

If necessary, repeat the process from 2-1.

3 If you have forgotten your password

Follow the procedure in 1-1 to display the TRANSITION DETECTOR on and off

menu.

3-2 Select OFF to display the SELECT PASSWORD box (large). The 10 digit

Inquiring Code will display inside the box.

3-3 Contact your dealer with the 10 digit Inquiring Code. Your password will be

sent after your user registration information is conrmed.
