OPTION menu

Item Description

SERVICE

Selecting this item displays the SERVICE

menu. Highlight an item using the ▲/▼

buttons, and press the ► button or the

SELECT button on the remote control to

select the item.

FAN SPEED HIGH

Using the ▲/▼ buttons switches the rotation speed of the cooling

fans. If the projector is used at an altitude of 3937' (1200m) or higher,

select ENABLE. Otherwise select DISABLE. Note: The projector is

noisier when ENABLE is selected.

AUTO IMAGE

Using the ▲/▼ buttons selects one of the modes. When the DISABLE

is selected, the automatic adjustment feature is disabled.

FINE

FAST

DISABLE

FINE: Provides ner tuning and includes TRACKING adjustment.

FAST

: Provides faster tuning and selects a particular TRACKING

based on the input signal.

• Depending on conditions, such as the input image, the signal

cable to the projector, the projector environment, etc., the automatic

adjustment may not work correctly. In this scenario, please choose

DISABLE to disable the automatic adjustment, and make adjustments

manually.

GHOST

1. Select a ghost color element using the

◄/► buttons.

2. Adjust the selected element using the ▲/▼

buttons to eliminate the ghosting.

RESET LAMP HOURS counts the time the lamp has been used since

it was last reset. Pressing the ► button of the projector displays the

reset dialog.

To reset the lamp hours, select OK using the ► button.

CANCEL

• Only reset the lamp hours when you have replaced the lamp in order

to preserve the accuracy of the lamp timer.

RESET FILTER HOURS counts the time the air lter has been used

since it was last reset. Pressing ► button of the projector displays the

reset dialog. To reset the lter time, select OK using the ► button.

Only reset the lter time when you have cleaned or replaced the air

lter in order to preserve the accuracy of lter timer.
